Isaacs UK was established in 2002 as a solo consultancy practice. Since then, we have steadily built a broad but solid team founded on knowledge, experience, sector specialisms, a dedication to working with transparency, trust and rigour. And of course, a healthy sprinkle of imagination everything we do!
Isaacs UK's Director is Ruth Churchill Dower whose role involves:
- Strategy influence and design at national level.
- Managing large portfolios with national and European partners.
- Building and managing sustainable learning networks for the creative, social care and early years communities.
- Professional development and capacity building of networks at both policy and practitioner levels.
- Design and development of online learning environments.
- Partnership building and consultancy with funders, policy makers, educators, researchers, trainers, local authorities, and government agencies.
- Recruitment, training and management of the Associates and Operational Teams on contract delivery.

Isaacs UK's office management is led by Susan Hirst whose role involves:
- Management of all office, administrative, financial, HR, virtual office, database and knowledge management systems.
- Project administration on individual contracts and administrative support for Associate Consultants and other sub-contractors.
- Operation of contract administration, and day to day client liaison.
