05.06	Launch of ‘Invisible Cities’: Building Capacities for Local Cultural Policy Transformation in Turkey Based on knowledge transfer from SEE and pilot action inspired by Policies for Culture since 2004 Anadolu Kültür, Istanbul Bilgi University, Boekman Foundation and European Cultural Foundation with the support of the Netherlands' MATRA Programme have initiated cultural policy development action in the cities of Kars, Canakkale and Antakya.

03.11	Regional Parliament of Zilina (SK) adopts new cultural policy framework inspired by PfC CEE Spin-Off On October 30, 2007, a great majority of deputies from all political parties represented in the Regional Assembly of the Self-Governing Region of Žilina in the North-West of Slovakia have voted in favour of a new cultural development strategy for the entire region.
