  • Middle and Senior Leadership in three large secondary schools

  • Participation Strategy Manager (14-19)
  • Teaching and Learning Consultant
  • Curriculum Designer and Writer
  • Government Advisor, Trainer and Sector Expert

With a focus on strategies for unlocking and releasing potential for professionals and students alike, Patrick’s extensive expertise in leadership development has led to an impressive track record in whole school change and sustained improvement in results.

As the Local Authority lead on increasing participation in further education and training, Patrick has led (and enabled heads to lead) continuous change and improvement in a number of settings.

An accomplished presenter and author, Patrick has led on writing curriculum standards, teacher guides, student guides, textbooks, evaluation reports and comprehensive assessment materials for both the UK and Saudi Arabian governments. He has designed science education training materials, toolkits, handbooks, assessment and guidance materials, as well as designing frameworks for exam and assessment management and leadership briefings.

Patrick achieved a Post Graduate Certificate in Process Consultancy from Manchester University (College for Educational Leadership) in 2009. He enjoys working collaboratively on strategic programmes to develop the best possible provision for all types of learner. He brings specialist expertise in leadership learning styles and transformational coaching with senior leaders and innovators.
